RAJESH NAIK, PHD

Chief Operating Officer
Rajesh has 15+ years of Science & Technology leadership within the Department of Defense and oversaw the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Human Performance, Aerospace Operational Medicine, and Biotechnology programs. At Mined XAI, he is responsible for business strategies and plans, implementing and monitoring operational functions, and building strategic partnerships. ‍ Rajesh earned a Doctorate from Carnegie Mellon University in Biological Sciences, a Master’s from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s from the University of Bombay. In his free time, Rajesh enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, and watching football and cricket. Go Steelers!
