JAY PADAYASI

Operations Analyst
Jay Padayasi is an Operations Analyst at Mined XAI. Jay collaborates with our federal partners on project work using topological modeling to develop AI assisted solutions for emergency response in resource constrained environment. Previously, Jay gained experience in rigorous research and collaboration by obtaining his PhD in theoretical physics from the Ohio State University in 2024 and thereafter a stint as Quantum postdoctoral fellow at National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. He utilizes his passion for mathematics and statistics to understand complex data streams and facilitate understanding between our team, collaborators and stakeholders. Beyond the desk, Jay enjoys cooking, dancing and playing under-the-radar sports like Ultimate Frisbee.
